We work with you to develop a plan that is within your budget. Our goal is to do the best job we can for you within the funds you have. Our fees are based on the number of services required. The planning phase is billed by the hour. The first hour consultation is free. Once a plan is in place, the cost to produce your event will be determined by your specific plan. Affordable prices vary depending on your specific needs. Planning Consultation can be combined with any portion of Complete Event Coordination as needed and your budget allows.
